Q: Does my child have to be potty trained?
A: Yes. We do ask that you provide a change of clothes in case of accidents or an especially messy play day.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Tuition is due at the beginning of each month in the form of a check or cash. The payment box is located next to the sign-in sheet. If you choose to pay in cash, let us know so that we may provide you a receipt.
Q: Can my child take his or her medicine at school?
A: Yes. If your child needs to take prescription medicine at school, please bring it in the original prescription bottle and fill out a medicine form with the exact information on frequency and dosage. We CANNOT give medicine without the completed form on file.
Q: Are birthdays celebrated at school?
A: We love to celebrate birthdays! If you would like to bring a snack to share on your child's birthday, please just let us know ahead of time.
Q: Are there holiday parties at school?
A: Yes, we have lots of parties throughout the year, starting with Halloween--one of the children's favorites! We always need a few extra hands for parties as well as snacks and/or supplies--look for the sign-up sheets a week or two before the party.
Q: Do you provide snacks and lunch or do I?
A: No, we do not provide snacks or lunch. Please pack a small nutritious morning snack for your child each day--we will provide water (in a big kid cup) so drinks are not necessary. If your child stays for lunch, please do provide a drink from home for them to enjoy with their lunch.
Q: Are school and class photos available?
A: Yes, we have a local photographer we work with for school portraits and the class photos--dates are announced as finalized.
Q: Can my child bring his or her favorite toy to school?
A: We encourage you to have your children leave their toys at home or in the car to avoid them being lost or broken. Each month we have a special "color day" when the children are allowed to bring in an object for show-and-tell.
