About Us and Our Philosophy
The Alameda Station Preschool, has been family owned and operated since 2006 and is located in the beautiful coastal community of Montara, California.
Our philosophy centers around the belief that interacting with their environment, and each other, is how children learn the best. We also recognize that each child is unique with individual needs and our teachers strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which the children develop positive self-image and independence along with a desire to learn through exploration and discovery. Our projects range from simple one-step activities to multi-step, week-long projects all intended to stimulate creativity, promote a desire to explore and learn, and to build confidence and a sense of community.
Each month, your child will participate in a thoughtfully designed and developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum.
